Traveling Lead Superintendent

Supervise daily on-site construction activities and ensure subcontractor work meets quality standards. Coordinate field operations across all trades to maintain schedule, budget, safety compliance, and adherence to contract documents. Communicate project updates to leadership and participate in weekly subcontractor and owner/architect meetings. Enforce site safety protocols, monitor manpower, and complete daily reports. Support quality control, field documentation, and creation of look-ahead schedules. Track deliveries and verify that materials, equipment, and installations comply with approved submittals and project specifications. A successful Traveling Lead Superintendent should have: 8+ years of construction experience (non negotiable). Experience in large ground up projects Knowledge of scheduling, estimating, and cost principles. Basic knowledge of project management software A mature professional with excellent judgment. A highly entrepreneurial, self-motivated and results-oriented individual. Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and intuitive interpersonal skills. Strong time management skills, adaptable with ability to manage multiple priorities & meet deadlines, and keen attention to detail What's on Offer
