The Rosen College of Hospitality Management (RCHM) at the University of Central Florida (UCF) invites applications for a 12-month Instructor or Lecturer and Program Director of Internships. The position reports to the Dean of the RCHM and is responsible for the college's internship programs (including curriculum), administration, student recruitment, planning, and financial affairs. Minimum Qualifications:

Master's degree for instructor or doctoral degree in an appropriate field of specialization for a lecturer from an accredited institution at the time of application.
Experience in relevant industry leadership roles.

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree in the fields of Hospitality, Event, Entertainment, Food and Beverage, Lodging, Attractions, Tourism Management, or a related field.

Familiarity with student success or CRM platforms (e.g., Jenzabar, Pharos 360, EAB Navigate, Slate, or similar systems).
