Financial Services Representative Job Summary
Responsible for managing a variety of duties related to servicing government guaranteed commercial loans including providing quality customer service after loans have closed and funded through payoff. Must be comfortable communicating with clients and third parties (insurance agents, attorneys, CPAs, etc.) Job Duties
Analyze and interpret loan documentation to ensure the documents have been properly executed in order to set up loan customers into the loan system. Create the applicable borrower/guarantor customer record and collect documentation as needed. Set the loan up in the system correctly so that the loan generates bills, auto-debits payments, accrues interest, defers costs and fees, and provides reporting to the credit bureau, IRS, etc. accurately. Effectively manage relationships with banks and borrowers. Review documents to ensure items have been properly executed, all documents have been provided as per the loan agreement. Prepare bank reports/remittance reports and provide email to banks. Prepare billing notices and provide to borrow via email or USPS. Review and support of secondary market loan sales bids, bid confirmation email, good delivery, settlement email and SBA secondary market loan review packages. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
High School graduate required, Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field preferred. Knowledge and understanding of a variety of loans including commercial, consumer, SBA, constructions, mortgage products is a plus. Must have strong communication skills. Proficient with general office machines and programs to include Microsoft Office Suite. Must be well organized, accurate, and attentive to detail. Hours: M-F; 8am to 5pm. Starting pay $40s to $60s (based on experience); competitive health insurance.
