Part Time Floral Designer
Entry Level Schedule: Part Time, flexible weekday and weekend availability preferred. Additional hours required during Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, and other peak floral seasons. Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic and adaptable Entry Level Floral Designer to join our growing floral team. Assist with daily floral production including wrapped bouquets and basic arrangements Process and prep fresh flowers including hydration, trimming, and organizing inventory Maintain a clean and organized design space Support senior designers during high volume production days Learn proper floral handling, design mechanics, and color theory fundamentals Provide friendly customer service when needed Help with holiday production and extended hours during peak seasons Qualifications
Strong willingness to learn and grow within the floral industry Adaptable and comfortable in a fast paced environment Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to follow design direction and accept feedback Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods Weekend and holiday availability required Previous floral experience is not required but is a plus This position is perfect for someone who is creative, motivated, and excited to build foundational skills in professional floral design.
