Landscape Account Manager

Cross Creek Grounds Management is seeking a highly motivated and personable Landscape Account Manager to join our team. This role is essential in delivering superior service to our clients while supporting our crews in the field. The ideal candidate thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and ensuring operational excellence. As the primary point of contact between our clients and operations team, the Account Manager is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, maintaining service quality, and managing the day-to-day oversight of multiple landscape maintenance accounts. Key Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring prompt, professional communication via phone, email, and in-person. Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through regular property walks and proactive communication. Address and resolve client concerns or service issues quickly and effectively. Quote, schedule, and coordinate enhancement work or additional services as needed. Team & Operations Oversight Conduct daily site visits to monitor service quality and support field crews. Collaborate with Production Managers and Crew Leaders to maintain efficient schedules and workflows. Ensure proper execution of services across multiple properties. Support crews in troubleshooting and resolving on-site challenges. Service Quality & Performance Ensure all scheduled maintenance services are completed on time and meet company quality standards. Uphold quality control protocols and proactively identify opportunities for improvement. Demonstrate a strong understanding of landscape maintenance and groundskeeping best practices. Track performance metrics, budgets, and contract compliance for assigned accounts. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, including horticulture and irrigation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to manage time efficiently and juggle multiple priorities. Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. Experience leading crews or managing teams is a plus. Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented. Positive attitude with a commitment to professionalism and client satisfaction. Spanish-speaking skills preferred but not required.
