Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring their needs are met with a high level of professionalism.

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives and providing tailored solutions.

Identify and pursue opportunities to grow revenue through upselling and cross-selling products and services.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, support, and service delivery for clients.

Conduct regular reviews with clients to assess satisfaction, provide updates on performance metrics, and align on strategic initiatives.

Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to address client needs and identify new business opportunities proactively.

Act as a liaison between clients and the organization to resolve issues and ensure outstanding customer service.

Oversee contracts, renewals, and financial agreements with clients in a timely and compliant manner.

Provide accurate forecasting and reporting of client activity, sales pipeline, and account performance.

Qualifications / Requirements

Proven experience as an Account Manager, Commercial Account Manager, or in a similar client-facing role.

Strong understanding of account management principles, including relationship-building and consultative selling.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse clients and teams.

Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and maintaining high client retention rates.

Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to identify opportunities and make informed decisions.

Proficiency in CRM systems and other office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
