We are looking for a UGC + AI Content Creator to join our in-office team in El Segundo. You'll produce short-form video, social content, and creative assets that showcase Magenta's brand and engage manufacturing and industrial audiences.

This role is ideal for someone who lives at the intersection of content + AIcomfortable filming, editing, and experimenting with UGC-style content while also leveraging AI tools for scripting, editing, visuals, and ideation.

What You'll Do

• Create short-form video (TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Instagram) in UGC style.
• Use AI tools to accelerate content creationscript drafts, edits, visual assets, and more.
• Repurpose long-form content (webinars, case studies, interviews) into bite-sized clips.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to craft content that supports campaigns.
• Test, analyze, and iterate on content to maximize engagement.
• Stay current on trends in AI content tools and UGC marketing.

What We're Looking For

• 13 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing.
• Strong video editing and production skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar).
• Comfortable filming UGC-style content (on camera and behind camera).
• Creative storyteller with an understanding of social media trends.
• Excited about experimenting with AI tools (for copywriting, editing, design, and analytics).
• Ability and commitment to work full-time in our El Segundo, CA office.
