
Personal Injury Paralegal

We're seeking an experienced Paralegal to support our busy personal injury practice, managing cases from intake through trial with a focus on document management, medical records, and comprehensive litigation support.
Responsibilities
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal documents Manage cases end-to-end: document collection/organization, factual research, discovery production Collect, analyze, and summarize medical records from multiple sources Review and analyze case files for attorneys Provide litigation support through all phases from filing to trial
Qualification
3–5+ years hands-on personal injury paralegal experience Excellent research, writing, and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Professional/DC Self-starter who works independently and follows through proactively Professional demeanor for client and attorney interactions Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
Requirements
Paralegal Certificate from accredited school 3–5+ years personal injury litigation experience Full litigation support experience (intake through trial) Strong medical records collection, organization, and analysis skills BP client exposure a plus (gas station injury cases)
