ll Own

Paid Media (Multi-Brand Execution) • Plan, launch, and scale campaigns across Meta, Google (Search, Display, LSA), YouTube, and TikTok • Abilit y to manage campaigns across multiple brands simultaneously • Alloca te budgets across markets based on performance • Test c reatives, audiences, and offers • Optimi ze for CPL, CAC, and ROAS

Connected TV (CTV) • Launch and manage campaigns across Hulu, Roku, YouTube TV, and programmatic platforms • Build geo-targeted campaigns by market • Integr ate CTV into full-funnel strategy • Track performance through attribution and lift metrics

Media Buying & Partnerships • Work w ith outside partners and agencies to negotiate and execute media buys (TV, radio, and other channels) • Evalua te opportunities across traditional and digital channels • Hold p artners accountable to performance and ROI

Analytics & Performance (Highly Analytical Operator) • Track CPL, CAC, ROAS, and full funnel conversion rates • Build dashboards across brands and markets • Identi fy inefficiencies and scaling opportunities • Own at tribution and performance clarity

Website & Conversion Optimization • Optimi ze landing pages, funnels, and user experience • A/B te st messaging, headlines, and CTAs • Improv e conversion rates across all brands

Automation & Systems • Build workflows using Zapier, CRM systems (Builder Prime or similar), SMS, and email • Impro ve speed-to-lead and pipeline performance • Ensur e proper lead routing across brands and market

s Digital Presence & Brand Visibility • Ensur e visibility across paid channels, search (SEO + GBP), and web • Expan d reach across new platforms and markets • Maint ain consistency while adapting per bran
