TORQ Coatings is a fast-growing concrete floor coatings company expanding across multiple markets.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to own and scale our digital marketing efforts across platforms, markets, and campaigns.

This is a high-impact role responsible for driving lead flow, cost efficiency, and revenue growth.

The Opportunity

You will take ownership of paid media, digital strategy, and performance marketing across multiple channels and brands.

This is not just execution — you will help build and scale the marketing engine.



Key Responsibilities • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across: • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) • TikTok Ads • Other emerging platforms • Own budget allocation and performance optimization • Track and improve key metrics: • Cost per lead (CPL) • Cost per acquisition (CPA) • Conversion rates • ROI • Launch, test, and scale new campaigns and funnels • Work with creative team on ad strategy and testing • Manage landing pages and improve conversion rates • Build and manage automations (Zapier, CRM, workflows) • Analyze performance and provide data-driven insights • Work with outside partners (TV, radio, agencies) as needed • Support growth across multiple markets and brands



What We’re Looking For • 3–6+ years in digital marketing or paid media management • MUST HAVE Meta Ads buying experience • Strong experience with Google Ads and performance marketing • Highly analytical with strong understanding of ROI and metrics • Experience managing and scaling ad budgets • Familiar with tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, Zapier • Ability to manage campaigns across multiple markets/brands • Self-starter who can execute and think strategically • Comfortable working with a visionary founder in a fast-paced environment



Compensation & Benefits • Base xsgimln Salary: $75,000 – $100,000 • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000 – $120,000+ • Performance-based bonuses tied to lead generation and ROI • Full benefits package • Paid time off + company holidays • 401(k) / retirement options • Growth path into Digital Marketing Director
