TORQ Coatings is a fast-growing concrete floor coatings company expanding aggressively across the Midwest.

We are looking for a Director of Operations to work directly with the Founder and help build, optimize, and scale operations across multiple markets.

This is not a typical operations role. This is a strategic, high-impact leadership position.

The Opportunity

You will work side-by-side with a visionary founder, helping turn ideas into execution.

You will have visibility across the entire business and play a key role in scaling the company.



Key Responsibilities • Work directly with the Founder to execute strategic initiatives • Build and scale operations across multiple markets • Oversee and improve production, systems, and workflows • Drive operational efficiency, accountability, and performance • Build and implement SOPs, KPIs, and scalable systems • Support hiring, training, and development of key team members • Analyze performance metrics and drive data-backed decisions • Align departments and ensure smooth execution across teams • Step into leadership gaps and solve problems quickly



What We’re Looking For • 5+ years in operations, leadership, or business management • Proven ability to build systems and scale operations • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Strong leadership and decision-making ability • Highly organized and execution-focused • Comfortable with numbers, data, and performance tracking • Strong communication and ability to work closely with leadership • Ability to handle pressure, move fast, and execute • Growth-minded, coachable, and ready to be pushed



Compensation & Benefits • Base Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $130,000 – $150,000+ xsgimln
