TORQ Coatings is a fast-growing concrete floor coatings company building a content-first brand across the Chicagoland market.

We are looking for a Video Marketing Intern who wants to spend the summer filming, editing, and creating real content that actually gets used.

This is not a sit-on-the-sidelines internship.

You will be in the field, behind the camera, and in the middle of the action.

The Opportunity

You will work directly with our marketing team and leadership to capture and produce content across multiple platforms.

You’ll gain hands-on experience with:

• Short-form content (Reels, TikTok)

• Long-form content (YouTube, podcasts)

• Real brand campaigns and job site transformations

What You’ll Be Doing

• Film job site content (before, during, after transformations)

• Capture daily content for social media platforms

• Shoot and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)

• Assist with filming and editing YouTube and long-form content

• Shoot podcast content and behind-the-scenes footage

• Help organize and manage content library

• Work with the team on creative ideas and execution

• Post or assist with posting content across platforms

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with video editing (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci, etc.)

• Strong interest in content creation and social media

• Comfortable filming in different environments (job sites, office, events)

• Creative mindset with attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, content-driven environment

• Reliable transportation (travel between job sites required)

• Portfolio or examples of past work required

Compensation & Details

• $18 – $22 per hour (based on experience)

• Full-time summer role

• Hybrid: field + office

• Gas support / reimbursement provided

• Opportunity to continue into a full-time role after internship
