The Director of Sales is responsible for implementing and directing sales activities in alignment with the Marketing Plan. Key objectives include maximizing guest satisfaction, profitability, and achieving revenue goals for RevPAR, occupancy, and ADR. Develop and implement annual sales goals Monitor and appraise results against objectives; take corrective actions to maximize sales Assist in developing the Business Plan and preparing the budget Control room and function space availability, dates, and rates Solicit, evaluate, and confirm business to meet budgeted sales and profit margins Oversee promotions, public relations, advertising, and community image enhancement Stay informed about competitors and industry development. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in hotel/restaurant management or marketing (preferred) Equivalent combination of vocational training and on the job experience may substitute for a degree Proven track record of achieving sales targets Excellent communication and leadership skills Knowledge of the hospitality industry Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and unusual hours if needed.
