Principle Roles and Responsibilities:

Front Desk Reception & IntakeServes as the primary point of contact for all clients, guests, and visitors, creating a welcoming and affirming environment from the moment youth enter the space. Supports new clients through the intake process with care and confidentiality. Maintains accurate and up-to-date client data within the youth database system. Answers and routes incoming calls appropriately across departments. Provides tours and answers general questions about programs and services. Maintains a welcoming, organized, and affirming front desk and lobby environment.Volunteer Support & Training Leads the day-to-day coordination and implementation of the Centers volunteer program, including in-Center volunteers, group volunteers, and interns.

Manages volunteer scheduling and ensures appropriate coverage to support programs, front desk operations, and events. Oversees volunteer onboarding processes, including orientation, training coordination, and documentation, which integrating racial equity and LGBTQ+ affirming practices into volunteer training and engagement.Maintains regular communication with volunteers through newsletters, email updates, and scheduling platforms. Supports recruitment efforts in collaboration with the Director of Finance and Operations. Tracks volunteer engagement, attendance, and program needs to ensure alignment with organizational priorities. Plans and executes volunteer appreciation and engagement initiatives. Identifies opportunities to improve volunteer processes, retention, and experience, with guidance from leadership.Operations and Facility SupportSupports Director of Finance and Operations in day-to-day operations, including facilities management and administrative support.Ensures appropriate monitoring of facilities including maintenance issues, cleaning, landscaping, and any other emerging issues.Develops and maintains clear operational guidelines to ensure consistency of operationsTracks inventory of the Center supplies (Program snacks, office supplies, kitchen and restroom supplies) Preferred Position Requirements 2+ years of experience in a nonprofit or community-based setting preferred Experience coordinating or managing volunteers strongly preferred

Spanish-speaking / bilingual preferred Experience working with LGBTQ+ youth and/or historically marginalized communities. Demonstrated commitment to racial equity and anti-racist practice. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and coordinate schedules effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication platforms

Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to handle sensitive information with careSalary/Full-Time: $50,000 Annually; non-negotiable. Time Out Youth strives for transparency in compensation. To that end, and to provide equity in pay for all employees all starting positions at Time Out Youth begin employment within this range. Time Out Youth provides a full benefits package for all full-time employees, including healthcare, dental, vision, and 401k options. Full benefits package will be discussed upon offer.Woking Hours:
