IREM , or related commercial property management associations National Account Director Day-to-Day Responsibilities Prospect, qualify, and close national and multi-site commercial cleaning accounts across key U.S. markets Leverage existing relationships to generate leads and build early-stage pipeline Develop and execute a national account strategy with leadership, targeting key verticals and markets Own the full sales cycle: outreach, RFP response, pricing negotiation, scope of work, and handoff to operations Represent the company at industry events and networking forums to increase brand awareness Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data in CRM, reporting regularly to leadership Collaborate with operations to ensure deliverability and support seamless account launches If you thrive on building something new and want to shape the direction of a fast-growing commercial services provider, this role offers both challenge and significant upside.
