Job Summary
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in the Arbitration Hub, providing timely support, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via phone, chat, and email
Manage issues from identification to resolution
Coordinate with internal teams for escalations
Maintain accurate documentation and track issue status
Build customer relationships through problem-solving and guidance
Requirements
12 years of customer service experience
Strong communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Calm under pressure
Spanish proficiency preferred
