Oversee field operations for federal ground-up projects across various U.S. locations. Manage daily site activities, subcontractors, safety, scheduling, and quality control. Travel full-time to active project sites (current work in FL, AL, CA, and throughout the East Coast). Return home approximately one weekend per month (occasionally two, depending on project schedules). Support federal construction programs and disaster-response efforts. A successful Traveling Superintendent - National Travel should have: Federal/government contracting experience strongly preferred (required for top pay). Background as a Traveling Superintendent on large-scale or ground-up projects. Ability to travel nationally for extended durations. Strong subcontractor coordination and communication skills.
