Oversee day-to-day construction of high-end custom homes up to 30,000 sq. ft. Manage project schedules, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and daily workflows. Interpret and manage construction plans, drawings, structures, MEPs, and high-end finishes. Ensure seamless communication with stakeholders, including coworkers, subcontractors, and high-profile clients. Partner closely with leading local architects. Maintain strong site safety and compliance standards. Represent the company professionally in all homeowner, architect, and vendor interactions. Experience: Solid background in luxury custom home construction with top local builders. Local Knowledge: Direct experience building in West Palm Beach and/or Jupiter Island. Technical Skills: Strong comprehension of structures, MEPs, plans, drawings, interiors, and high-end finishes. Soft Skills: Excellent communicator, easy to work with, and confident engaging with high-end clients. Tenure: Someone who values long-term commitment and stability.
