Parts and Accessories Specialist

Pete's RV Center is excited to invite applications for the role of Parts & Accessory Specialist. As a vital part of our team, you will help customers find the right parts and accessories for their RV needs while ensuring a customer-first approach. Responsibilities: Assist customers in identifying and obtaining the correct parts and accessories Provide excellent customer service at all times, both in-person, over the phone, and via email Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash management Maintain organized inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment, and display products appealingly Utilize catalog systems and online databases to research and locate parts for inquiries Collaborate with service technicians to ensure prompt parts assignment for service orders Manage special orders, ensuring customers are notified when their parts arrive Participate in showroom maintenance and keep products clean and organized Assist technicians with parts for their jobs as well as ordering parts when needed Perform cycle counts and inventory Assist with shipping and receiving tasks Participate in all other tasks needed to assist the team Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor. Experience in retail or parts sales is preferred. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with point-of-sale systems. Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills. Ability to lift products and manage physical inventory tasks. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
