a Real Estate Law Firm has an opening in their Newton Office for a full time Residential Conveyancing Paralegal. Some responsibilities include but are not limited to: Processing closing packages from beginning to end; Various types of data entry funding/balancing ledgers and cutting checks within conveyancing software Preparing title commitments, along with understanding and interpretation of necessary title issues; Working and communicating with lenders, real estate agents, buyers and sellers. Familiarity with conveyancing software and knowledge/experience under the new disclosure regulations are a plus but not required. Candidate should have experience with the following: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Internet Explorer and Adobe. Must be detail oriented, have strong people skills and must be a team player who is able to work under pressure within time sensitive deadlines.
