Your New Role This powerhouse full-service law firm is expanding its real estate practice group in their Portland and Seattle offices. If you have a portable book of business and significant real estate transactional experience, this could be your chance to join a best‑in‑class firm as a Real Estate Partner or Counsel.
Your focus in this role will be real estate transactions. This will include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, and financing contracts. You’ll need an in‑depth understanding of zoning, land use, and real estate laws. Additionally, you’ll liaise directly with clients, ranging from businesses and developers to individual buyers and sellers.
You’ll be joining an established team of top‑notch attorneys from the Portland and Seattle offices. It’s a supportive, collaborative group excited to welcome new attorneys to the crew.
After an in‑office training period, you’ll have a hybrid schedule.
