We’re partnering with a highly regarded Baltimore law firm seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate to join its growing transactional practice.
This is a strong opportunity to work on complex, high-profile commercial real estate deals with direct client exposure and hands-on responsibility.

What You’ll Be Doing Draft and negotiate purchase & sale agreements, leases, and development agreements Handle acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing matters Work with clients including developers, investors, lenders, landlords, and tenants Support mixed-use, multifamily, office, and retail projects Advise on deal structuring, closing, and related documentation
What They’re Looking For ~5–7 years of commercial real estate transactional experience Background in a law firm environment Strong drafting and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple transactions independently Comfortable in a client-facing role
