Commercial Real Estate Associate (5-7 years)

We are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate with strong experience in complex real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will have a background in acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, and sale-leasebacks across multiple asset classes, including multifamily, industrial, office, mixed-use properties, and vacant land. Leasing experience is a plus.
Responsibilities Include:
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating purchase/sale agreements, financing documents, and joint venture agreements.
Managing due diligence, including title, survey, and lease review.
Advising clients on transaction structures and closing complex deals.
Supporting leasing matters as needed.
Qualifications:
J.D. with excellent academic credentials.
Admission to practice law (New York preferred).
5-7 years of commercial real estate transactional experience.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Compensation and Benefits: The salary range for this position is $160,000 to $190,000 based on experience. The firm offers a competitive salary based on experience, a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
