Position Overview As an
Acrylic Bath Installer , you will be responsible for the professional and efficient installation of our bath systems. Using your carpentry and construction skills, you’ll complete high‑quality bathroom remodels—often in just one day—while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Complete bathroom remodels in as little as one day
Use carpentry, trim carpentry, and construction skills to deliver quality installations
Follow all company installation standards and procedures
Maintain a professional and friendly attitude with customers
Respect customer homes and leave job sites clean and organized
Educate customers on product use, care, and maintenance
Complete and submit all required paperwork and job photos
Maintain inventory of tools and materials in your installation vehicle
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in carpentry, construction, or home remodeling
Strong communication and customer service skills
High school diploma or GED (or equivalent)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to take accurate measurements (tape measure, level, square)
Basic plumbing knowledge (preferred)
Proficiency with power tools (drills, jigsaws, etc.)
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
Basic math skills and ability to follow detailed instructions
Preferred / Bonus Experience
Carpentry
Ceramic tile installation
Flooring installation
Light plumbing
General remodeling
