Job Overview We are seeking a
Senior Personal Injury Paralegal
to work closely with one attorney and serve as the primary litigation support throughout the life of a case - from initial investigation through trial preparation and resolution. In this role, you will manage complex personal injury matters, ensuring cases move forward efficiently while maintaining responsive and compassionate communication with clients.
This position offers the opportunity to work closely with an experienced attorney on complex personal injury cases while continuing to develop your litigation expertise. You will be part of a stable and supportive law firm that values teamwork, professional growth, and work‑life balance.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with clients via phone, email, text, and meetings
Manage 45–65 complex personal injury cases from intake to resolution
Organize files and review/summarize case documents
Draft legal documents (discovery, motions, notices, etc.)
Handle e‑filings in state and federal courts
Coordinate with attorneys, courts, insurance companies, and others
Review medical records and prepare summaries
Assist with research, case investigation, and trial preparation
Track deadlines and maintain case calendars
Ideal Candidate
Experience reviewing medical and billing records, prepare clear summaries
Background drafting litigation documents (discovery, motions, notices)
Familiar with state and federal e‑filing systems
Experience supporting trial preparation (exhibits and witness lists, etc.)
Ability to manage deadlines, hearings, and case calendars
Strong professional communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems
