Our client, a healthcare-focused organization, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the support staff assisting patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Handle inbound and outbound phone calls to/from patients, caregivers, and providers.
Provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller.
Provide accurate information to the caller.
Process refills and schedule shipments for patients or providers.
Resolve the callers' needs and provide appropriate follow-up and next steps.
What's Needed?
Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Louisville, KY.
Minimum of 1 year call center experience preferred.
Ability to obtain Pharmacy Board Technician Registration before or on the first day of employment.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and typing 35+ WPM.
