
Community Banker I

The Community Banker creates and develops long lasting relationships with business owners and centers of influence with ANBTX communities by understanding the client's needs, industry and providing meaningful and personalized service and recommendations. The role requires being a local brand ambassador and investment in time within the communities served, while educating and providing tailored solutions to meet the client's needs.
Responsibilities
Calls on clients (existing and new) to develop new business and/or enhance current relationships
Deepens relationships by cross selling additional products and services across all lines of businesses
Develops partnerships internally within other lines of businesses as well as externally creating strong centers of influence
Invests in the communities served both in time and knowledge
Requires work on physical bank premises
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent relevant work experience
2 years of formal credit training or experience; strong analytical skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred: understanding of depository, lending, and treasury management solutions
Skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Moderate math and writing skills; moderate presentation and follow up abilities
Travel to a variety of locations to perform work and/or attend meetings
Lifting in an office setting up to 30 lbs.
