Account Manager - Commercial P&C Insurance

Little Silver, NJ

Compensation:

$80k to $110k base + Bonus + Equity!

Our client is a dynamic community for private business leaders and principals. We are looking for an Account Manager who understands that at this level, insurance is about trust and advocacy. We need a relationship builder who can provide white-glove service to a sophisticated membership base while managing the back‑office complexities of a modern brokerage.

Your Impact

Trusted Advisor:

Foster strong, long‑term relationships by providing accurate information about policies and coverage via phone, email, or in‑person.

White‑Glove Service:

Assist executives with policy applications and renewals, ensuring the process is seamless and causes zero friction for the client.

Proactive Management:

Anticipate the evolving needs of business owners and provide advocacy across all insurance touchpoints.

Administrative Excellence:

Maintain accurate policy details and prepare high‑quality certificates of insurance and endorsements.

Claims Advocacy:

Guide clients through the claims process by reviewing documentation and facilitating communication with adjusters for a swift resolution.

Operational Integrity:

Ensure all documentation adheres to strict quality assurance standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

An active P&C License and 3 to 5 years of brokerage experience.

Expert proficiency in Applied EPIC.

A professional, consultative communication style.

Experience working with high‑net‑worth or C‑level clientele.

Compensation Package

Salary:

$80,000 to $110,000 per year.

Incentives:

Annual discretionary bonus.

Equity:

Equity participation as the division continues to scale.
