The Strategic Mission

Full Lifecycle Ownership:

You will manage the entire client journey within Applied EPIC, from the initial intake to complex renewals and endorsements.

Client Advocacy:

Act as a high-level consultant by anticipating client needs before they arise and providing guidance across all insurance touchpoints.

Market Navigation:

Assist clients through the application process by gathering documentation and submitting clean, accurate applications to carriers like Travelers, Chubb, or Amwins.

Claims Leadership:

Review and process claims with an eye for detail, coordinating directly with adjusters to ensure a resolution that serves the client’s best interest.

Data & Compliance Architecture:

Maintain precise records and conduct regular audits to ensure every transaction is compliant with industry regulations.

Network Collaboration:

Work as a peer to underwriters and agents to support the underwriting process and resolve complex issues.

The Package

Pay:

$80k to $110k base.

Bonus:

Discretionary performance bonus.
