Property Management & Facilities Technician/Engineer 12+ month contract

Irving, TX (Onsite)

Technical Responsibilities

Oversee preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective repairs on:

HVAC systems

Electrical systems (panels, lighting, UPS exposure is a big plus)

Plumbing systems

Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and schematics

Support minor construction/built‑outs/renovations

Monitor and troubleshoot building systems (BMS/BAS if applicable)

Coordinate and oversee third‑party vendors and contractors

Maintain facility logs, work orders, and compliance documentation

Ensure adherence to OSHA safety standards and internal policies

Respond to facility emergencies (power, HVAC, water leaks, etc.)

Exposure to backup power systems (generators, UPS)

Primary Responsibilities

Carrying out a variety of duties related to the repair and maintenance of the building and the facilities with assistance from outside vendors, agents, and contractors.

Professional communication and follow‑up with management, suppliers, and all departments within the Bank.

Providing unparalleled customer service and support to internal and external customers and to immediate team members.

Contributing to a work environment that fosters collaboration and engagement.

Detail‑oriented; providing administrative support for Manager and Director.

Escorting vendors as needed.

Max: $45.00
