Join Our Board as Engagement Lead (Volunteer Role)
The Symbiosis Foundation is inviting applications for a volunteer Engagement Lead to join our Board and help strengthen how we connect, coordinate, and grow our ecosystem.
As a mission-driven initiative supporting socially impactful projects, we rely on meaningful engagement — with volunteers, partners, and collaborators. This role plays a key part in shaping how that engagement is structured and sustained.
What You Will Work On Depending on priorities, you may focus on:
Improving and structuring our volunteer onboarding
Supporting outreach to aligned organizations
Creating consistent engagement rhythms and updates
Aligning volunteer engagement with our Accelerator and broader initiatives
This is a role for someone who can think strategically while also helping translate ideas into clear, practical steps.
Who We’re Looking For You may be a good fit if you:
Communicate clearly and confidently
Enjoy organizing and guiding volunteers
Have experience in community-building, stakeholder engagement, or nonprofit environments
Are proactive and comfortable in evolving structures
Can commit approximately 4–8 hours per week
