HR Director

River’s Edge Christian Academy is seeking a thoughtful, organized, and mission-driven HR Director to support and strengthen the school community through excellent human resources leadership. This role oversees core HR functions including hiring support, employee onboarding, policy implementation, staff records, compliance, and day-to-day personnel support. The ideal candidate is both detail-oriented and relational, able to serve faculty and staff with professionalism, discretion, and care. The HR Director will help ensure that employment practices, communication, and staff support systems reflect the school’s commitment to Christ-centered education and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and employee retention efforts Maintain personnel files, documentation, and HR records Assist with policy communication and HR-related compliance matters Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and support Help foster a healthy, professional, and Christ-centered staff culture Qualifications

Experience in human resources, administration, or personnel management preferred Strong communication, organization, and confidentiality skills Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and care Commitment to the mission and values of Christian education Location:
