What you’ll build AS VP of Product - Agentic Experiences, you will shape SAP’s AI-first product direction and drive delivery of differentiated, user‑centric agentic experiences that deliver measurable business outcomes and drive adoption at enterprise scale.
Define and own the end‑to‑end product strategy and multi‑year roadmap for agentic experiences, focusing on high‑impact use cases across business workflows and customer journeys
Translate customer problems into clear value propositions, outcomes, and success metrics, driving discovery, validation, and iteration based on real usage and feedback
Lead the design and delivery of intuitive, effective agent‑driven experiences for both end users and developers, ensuring usability, adoption, and value realization
Partner with engineering, architecture, and design to deliver scalable, high‑quality solutions that integrate seamlessly across SAP’s portfolio
Drive cross‑organizational alignment on priorities and trade‑offs (customer value, time‑to‑market, scalability, and cost), ensuring focus on the highest‑impact opportunities
Establish product frameworks for measuring success, including adoption, engagement, task completion, and business impact of AI‑driven workflows
Define go‑to‑market and rollout strategies in partnership with GTM teams, ensuring successful launch, adoption, and continuous improvement of agentic capabilities
Represent the product area in executive forums, articulating product vision, customer value, and strategic differentiation
What you bring You are a product leader operating at the intersection of AI innovation and customer‑centric product development, with a track record of delivering experiences that drive adoption and measurable outcomes.
15+ years in product management or strategy for enterprise software or platforms, including 7+ years in senior product leadership roles
Deep expertise in AI products, including large language models, agentic systems, and tool‑using agents, with strong product judgment across user and developer experiences
Strong understanding of user workflows, experience design, and how to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive, high‑value products
Experience leveraging data and user insights to drive product decisions, iteration, and continuous improvement
Proven ability to drive cross‑organizational alignment and deliver outcomes without direct authority
Strong business and product intuition, with a focus on customer value, adoption, and impact
Excellent executive communication skills, with the ability to translate product strategy into clear, compelling narratives
