How you’ll make an impact in this role
Develop new programs and enhancements to existing ones.
Direct and establish policies, procedures and protocols.
Collaborate with healthcare staff to achieve preventative, supportive and restorative goals for patients.
Ensure staff utilize available information to evaluate the effectiveness of care and make adjustments in care as indicated.
Ensure that staff implements a collaborative interdisciplinary process to provide appropriate education.
Develop short and long range strategic plans for services, operating and capital budgets, and integrated strategic and financial plans.
Establish and monitor operating performance targets and metrics.
Direct and coordinate the human and financial resources.
Provide overall accountability for staffing levels, retention, structure and skill mix for direct staff.
What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need Licensure / Certification / Registration:
One or more of the following required:
Licensed Clinical Counselor credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Marriage & Family Therapy, Professional Counseling & Social Work obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Counselor credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Marriage & Family Therapy, Professional Counseling & Social Work obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Psychologist credentialed from the Wisconsin Psychology Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State.
Social Worker credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Marriage & Family Therapy, Professional Counseling & Social Work obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Social Worker specializing in Clinical Practice credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Marriage & Family Therapy, Professional Counseling & Social Work obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
BLS Provider from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross preferred.
Education
High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
What Additional Preferences We're Seeking Must have Behavioral Health background with minimum 2 years or prior leadership experience
Must be knowledgable of project management
