Lead Surgical Services operations as Registered Nurse Director Surgical Services, driving patient care excellence, safety outcomes, and sustainable quality improvement initiatives. Direct clinical oversight including care coordination, direct patient care standards, and clinical documentation within Electronic Health Records to ensure regulatory compliance. Implement policies, performance standards, and staffing strategies that strengthen interdisciplinary team collaboration and deliver consistent, high-quality surgical patient care. Collaborate with physicians and executive leadership to optimize resources, manage budgets, and improve operational efficiency across Surgical Services. What Minimum Requirements You'll Need
Licensure / Certification / Registration: Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required. Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing or diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required. Master's degree or combination of Bachelor's degree and experience preferred. Work Experience: 5 years of experience required. 10 years of experience preferred. 2 years of leadership or management experience required. 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred What Additional Preferences We're Seeking
