Marketing Representative

to join our team in

La Jolla, CA .

Essential Functions

Develop and execute comprehensive and innovative marketing plans for California Bank & Trust to drive brand growth, engagement and ROI.

Create, implement, administer, and/or evaluate marketing programs and project for either the overall marketing function or within an assigned specialty area.

Plan, develop, and promote bank products and services.

Support the marketing strategy team with managing integrated campaigns and sponsorships and event planning.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Cross-Affiliate Marketing, sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing strategies with organizational goals.

Leverage digital marketing channels, such as social media, email campaigns, and online advertising, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights to refine future strategies.

Stay current with industry best practices and emerging marketing technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and external stakeholders to support local marketing initiatives.

Analyze trends, consumer behavior and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Recommend, implement, and coordinate programs and policies relative to product design, pricing, marketing research, strategy, advertising, sales, incentives, market area development, and/or product and services acceptance.

Develop marketing materials.

Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant banking regulations and company policies.

May serve as a marketing liaison with internal departments or external agencies to achieve marketing objectives.

May oversee an assigned marketing budget.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field and 6+ years of marketing or related experience.

Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Advanced organizational and communication skills.

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $94,000 – $150,000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience and location.
