Position Summary The Corporate Beverage Director is responsible for leading the strategic direction, operational performance, and brand alignment of all beverage programs across Omni Hotels & Resorts. This position ensures consistency, innovation, profitability, and high‑level service delivery while supporting hotel beverage teams through training, audits, activations, and brand‑driven initiatives.
Essential Functions
Develop and sustain Omni’s beverage strategy, standards, and operational best practices.
Lead beverage menu development, mixology innovation, and national beverage programs.
Support property‑level bar operations through audits, training, and ongoing coaching.
Ensure compliance with alcohol service standards, safety regulations, and brand expectations.
Partner with Marketing, Culinary, and Operations to execute hotel activations and brand campaigns.
Lead beverage planning for hotel openings, renovations, and concept development.
Manage beverage vendor relationships, purchasing programs, and cost‑control initiatives.
Hotel Activations & Brand Engagement
Design and oversee beverage activations supporting key business drivers such as holidays, seasonal campaigns, occupancy initiatives, and property‑specific experiences.
Develop toolkits and activation playbooks for property implementation.
Collaborate with hotel teams to create local market beverage experiences for rooftop bars, lobby activations, pool bars, and specialty concepts.
Qualifications
5+ years of multi‑unit beverage leadership experience required; luxury hotel experience strongly preferred.
Proven background in mixology, wine programs, beverage menu development, and cost management.
Strong leadership abilities with experience training bartenders and beverage leaders.
Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
Ability to travel up to 70% across the Omni portfolio.
