Digital Marketing & Web Specialist (In‑Office)

Basic Function The Digital Marketing & Web Specialist is a hybrid technical and marketing role responsible for the health, performance, and digital infrastructure of WEOKIE’s online presence. The position owns day‑to‑day management of the public‑facing website—including coding, content updates, SEO optimization, and accessibility compliance—and serves as the organization’s primary HubSpot platform administrator.
Major Activities Website Management & Development
Manage and maintain the public‑facing website, including content updates and feature enhancements.
Write and maintain clean, standards‑compliant HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Conduct ongoing SEO audits and on‑page optimizations.
Ensure WCAG/ADA compliance across all web properties.
Review HTML of all outgoing marketing emails for clean rendering.
Collaborate with external vendors on larger development projects.
Monitor website analytics and performance metrics.
HubSpot Platform Administration
Serve as the primary HubSpot administrator and internal platform expert.
Build, manage, and optimize marketing workflows, automation sequences, and lead nurture campaigns.
Configure and maintain HubSpot forms, landing pages, CTAs, and email templates.
Maintain HubSpot data integrity and support data segmentation.
Build and maintain HubSpot dashboards for campaign visibility.
Train and support marketing team members on HubSpot tools and best practices.
Digital Marketing Support
Partner on campaign execution, including technical setup and UTM tracking.
Support A/B testing setup and execution.
Assist with digital advertising technical needs.
Ensure proper policies and risk mitigation activities are followed.
Critical Results
Achieve assigned goals for website performance, HubSpot administration, and digital campaign support.
Maintain a consistent, accessible, and SEO‑optimized website.
Ensure accurate HubSpot configuration and leverage it fully for marketing automation.
Reduce rendering errors in marketing emails through thorough HTML review.
Implement SEO and accessibility improvements regularly.
Equip the marketing team with technical HubSpot support and training.
Handle all digital marketing technical needs accurately.
Complete all activities efficiently, error‑free, and in compliance with policies.
Qualifications Specialized or Technical Knowledge and Skills (A)
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
2–5 years of hands‑on experience in a web development or hybrid technical/marketing role.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
Hands‑on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub.
Knowledge of SEO principles and tools.
Familiarity with WCAG/ADA web accessibility standards.
Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
HubSpot certifications preferred; active pursuit encouraged.
Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress or HubSpot CMS preferred.
Familiarity with email rendering tools such as Litmus or Email on Acid is a plus.
Financial services or credit union experience is a plus.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive member data.
