WEOKIE Federal Credit Union is seeking a Digital Marketing & Web Specialist to lead and manage our digital ecosystem—from website performance to marketing automation. This role is a unique blend of technical and marketing expertise, responsible for maintaining WEOKIE’s public-facing website, owning HubSpot administration, and supporting digital campaign execution. You’ll play a key role in driving growth, improving user experience, and delivering meaningful member interactions. Key Responsibilities Website Management & Development Own and manage WEOKIE’s public-facing website, including content updates, enhancements, and performance optimization Write and maintain clean, standards-compliant HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Build and update web pages, templates, and front-end features Conduct ongoing SEO audits and implement on-page optimizations Ensure WCAG/ADA accessibility compliance across all web properties Monitor site performance, analytics, and user experience; recommend improvements QA marketing email HTML to ensure consistent rendering across platforms Collaborate with external vendors on development projects HubSpot Platform Administration Serve as WEOKIE’s primary HubSpot administrator and internal expert Build and optimize workflows, automation sequences, and lead nurture campaigns Manage forms, landing pages, CTAs, email templates, and campaign setup Maintain data integrity, segmentation, and integrations Build dashboards and ensure accurate tracking and reporting infrastructure Train and support team members on HubSpot tools and best practices Digital Marketing Support Partner with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns and initiatives Build landing pages, manage tracking (UTMs), and configure conversions Support A/B testing and campaign optimization efforts Assist with digital advertising setup, including pixels and tag management Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Web Development, or related field, or equivalent experience (2–5 years) Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub or similar platform Solid understanding of SEO, web performance, and analytics tools (GA4, Tag Manager, etc.) Familiarity with WCAG/ADA accessibility standards Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress or HubSpot CMS preferred Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences HubSpot certifications (or working toward them) preferred Experience in financial services or regulated industries is a plus What We’re Looking For A technically strong marketer who enjoys both building and optimizing digital experiences A detail-oriented professional committed to quality, accuracy, and performance A proactive problem-solver who can identify issues and implement solutions independently Someone who thrives in a collaborative environment while owning their area of expertise A professional who can adapt quickly to evolving priorities while maintaining high standards Why Join WEOKIE?
