Job Description Uni‑Craft Corp. is seeking a

Proactive Sales Professional

to help drive new business growth and expand our market presence. This role is focused on actively engaging prospects, developing customer relationships, and delivering value‑based solutions that align with UCC’s engineered product offerings.

The ideal candidate takes initiative, is comfortable with outbound sales activity, and approaches selling in a disciplined and organized way. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, understanding customer challenges, and working closely with engineering and internal teams to develop practical solutions. This role includes managing the full sales cycle—from initial outreach through quoting and closing—while consistently working toward defined sales goals.

Regular customer interaction, conference calls with internal teams, and travel to customer sites and industry events are key components of this position.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively generate new business and expand UCC’s market presence

Make

disciplined outbound sales calls daily

to engage prospects, identify needs, and generate new opportunities

Build and maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships

Identify customer challenges and recommend effective, value‑driven solutions

Manage the full sales cycle, including costing, quoting, and closing opportunities

Lead and participate in customer and internal conference calls to align strategy and execution

Collaborate with engineering, project management, and other sales team members

Achieve or exceed established sales goals and performance expectations

Travel to customer sites, trade shows, and industry events as required

Stay current on UCC products, applications, and industry trends

Skills Needed

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to confidently engage prospects through outbound calling and follow‑up

Negotiation and deal‑closing capabilities

Ability to identify customer needs and present solutions clearly

Experience or aptitude for costing, quoting, and proposal development

Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools

Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills

Ability to manage time effectively and stay self‑motivated

Knowledge Required

General understanding of industrial or material‑handling equipment (or willingness to learn)

Familiarity with sales processes and customer relationship management

Basic knowledge of pricing, quoting, and value‑based selling

Awareness of customer needs, market conditions, and competitive environments

Ability to Implement Skills and Knowledge

Apply sales fundamentals to proactively develop new opportunities

Translate customer needs into clear internal communication for engineering and operations

Manage multiple opportunities while maintaining accuracy and follow‑through

Adapt sales strategies based on feedback, performance, and market conditions

Build trust with customers through consistent communication and reliable execution

Qualifications High School or better.

Preferred Education Associates or better in Sales or related field.

Preferred Experience 1 year Microsoft Office experience.
