Essential Duties include:
Support the planning, development, and execution of the credit union's overall marketing strategy.
Develop and manage digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, monitoring performance and optimizing results.
Oversee social media strategy, including content creation, scheduling, engagement, and performance tracking.
Assist in the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to promote products, services, and special initiatives.
Draft and coordinate member communications, including email marketing, member and staff newsletter, website updates, digital signage, and promotional materials.
Collaborate with internal departments to identify marketing opportunities that support business development and membership growth.
Represent the Credit Union at trade shows, community events and support community engagement initiatives to strengthen brand awareness and relationships.
Coordinate with vendors, media partners, and external agencies as needed.
Track campaign performance metrics and analyze data to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
Prepare and provide comprehensive monthly marketing reports outlining campaign performance, digital analytics, membership growth trends, ROI, and key insights.
Maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and budgets to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Visit branch locations regularly to assess marketing needs, ensure brand consistency, and support branch displays and promotional materials.
Stay current on marketing trends, digital innovations, and industry best practices to continually enhance marketing efforts.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in utilizing digital advertising platforms, social media management tools, email marketing systems and website content management.
Ability to create high-quality, accurate marketing materials that align with brand standards and strategic goals.
Ability to analyze campaign data and develop comprehensive marketing performance reports.
Strong PC skills and experienced MS Office user.
Education and Experience:
Minimum of 3 years marketing experience. Experience in financial services or credit union marketing is preferred but not required.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field required. Relevant certifications (e.g., digital marketing, Google Ads, social media management, analytics) are a plus.
