Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Remote Appointment Setter who thrives in a fast-paced, phone-based sales environment. This role is critical to our success, serving as the first point of contact for prospective clients and setting the tone for an exceptional client experience.
The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, skilled at building rapport quickly, and driven by performance metrics. You will be responsible for engaging leads, overcoming objections, and booking qualified appointments while delivering a high-quality, professional experience every time.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound and inbound calls to prospective clients
Engage, qualify, and nurture leads through effective communication
Book appointments that meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets
Deliver an exceptional client experience on every interaction
Follow structured call scripts while adapting naturally to conversations
Handle objections confidently and professionally
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM systems
Follow up with leads consistently to maximize conversion opportunities
Performance Expectations (KPIs)
Meet or exceed a minimum of
25+
booked appointments each week
Maintain a conversion rate of no less than
30%
Achieve daily call volume
(approx. 100+ calls)
and activity benchmarks
Consistently meet quality assurance and client experience standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in phone-based sales, appointment setting, or call center environments
Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
Strong ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust
Resilient, coachable, and goal-oriented mindset
Comfortable handling rejection and maintaining high energy throughout the day
Strong organizational and time management skills in a remote environment
Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems and dialing platforms
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in high-ticket sales or service-based industries
Familiarity with sales frameworks and objection-handling techniques
Previous experience working remotely in a performance-driven role
