Overview We are looking for a motivated, people-focused Leasing Specialist to join our team at Skyline on Stokes. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is driven by results. You will play a key role in creating an exceptional first impression for prospective residents while helping drive occupancy and community growth.
What You’ll Do
Give engaging, high-energy tours that showcase the community and convert prospects into residents
Build relationships with prospects through consistent follow-up and communication
Manage leasing inquiries across phone, email, and online platforms
Support leasing goals by promoting available apartment homes and closing leases
Execute outreach efforts including local business partnerships, employer outreach, and marketing initiatives
Assist with resident interactions and contribute to a positive community experience
Maintain accurate records of leasing activity and prospect traffic
Support marketing events, promotions, and on-site initiatives to drive traffic
Process applications and assist with lease documentation
Ensure all activities are compliant with Fair Housing and company policies
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and people skills
Sales-driven mindset with a passion for closing
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Previous leasing or sales experience preferred, but not required
Compensation $20–$22/hour + monthly commission potential
