Want a sales role where you actually help customers improve their production – and not just “push product”? As our Sales Engineer for the Benelux region, you work from your home office, build strong relationships with distributors and end-customers, and bring advanced industrial tooling solutions to life.
As part of a globally operating company, we develop and supply premium cutting tools and solutions for a wide range of machining industries, setting the benchmark for quality, reliability and productivity.
Your Mission You become the main contact person for our distributors and key end-customers in Belgium and the Netherlands
Develop and grow sales with existing distributors and identify new partners in the Benelux
Visit customers on-site (factories, plants, workshops) to understand their processes and suggest better tooling solutions
Provide technical advice on products, applications, and process optimization, including cost and efficiency improvements
Prepare quotes, track opportunities, and follow up from first contact to closing the deal
Work closely with product management, customer service, and production to secure strong delivery and service levels
Collect market feedback and ideas to support innovation and new product development
Participation in exhibitions and customer events
Your Strengths
Experience in technical sales in the metal cutting business, sales engineering, or similar B2B role
Background in industrial products, tooling, machinery, or production environments is a strong plus
Comfortable advising distributors and end-users and presenting added value, not only price
You are a native Dutch speaker, fluent in English, and ideally have a good command of French.
You are willing to travel regularly as part of your responsibilities.
You are highly familiar with the Benelux machining market and its dynamics.
Self-driven, structured, and curious – you like to take ownership and keep your promises
