
Right of Entry / MDU Specialist (Entry through Senior)

This role supports fiber network expansion across multi‑dwelling units (MDUs) and residential properties and is structured to support candidates at different experience levels.
Early‑career professionals will focus on Right of Entry (ROE) outreach, property research, and documentation, while more experienced professionals will take ownership of negotiations, access strategy, and portfolio‑level building agreements.

Key Responsibilities (Scope Based On Experience)
Research properties and respond to ROE attainment requests
Identify property owners, managers, HOAs, and key decision‑makers using internal tools and public records
Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, direct mail, and approved templates
Communicate the fiber/internet value proposition clearly and professionally
Secure permission for site surveys and early‑stage access
Track outreach, responses, agreements, and handoffs in CRM and internal systems
Execute consistent follow‑up across multiple projects and geographies
Support light marketing and direct‑mail outreach efforts
Coordinate documentation and communication with internal engineering and project teams
Escalate complex or sensitive negotiations to senior team members
Mid‑Level to Senior Focus (MDU / Building Access)
Lead negotiation and acquisition of building access agreements (ROEs, LOAs, BEAs, MSAs)
Serve as a subject matter expert on building access strategy and property negotiations
Coordinate access, space, power, and timelines across engineering, construction, and project teams
Manage access‑related costs, forecasts, invoicing, and renewals Support on‑time delivery of network expansion projects
Maintain awareness of market rates, access trends, and MDU best practices
Represent the company professionally with property owners, developers, municipalities, and stakeholders
Qualifications General
Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable taking initiative
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable with outbound outreach and relationship‑building
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM experience preferred
Experience Levels
High school diploma or GED required
College coursework or degree preferred
Experience in customer service, sales support, admin, marketing, or outreach roles preferred
3–5+ years of experience in building access, ROE, telecom, OSP, construction, utilities, or real estate
Strong background in third‑party agreements and negotiations
