MDU Account Executive

to drive growth within the multi-dwelling unit (MDU) segment.

This is a true hunter role for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of securing

Rights of Entry (ROE) agreements , negotiating with property stakeholders, and closing bulk service deals.

If you have experience selling into apartment complexes, condominium communities, HOAs, and property management groups — this is a strong growth opportunity with uncapped earning potential.

What You’ll Do

Prospect, identify, and secure new MDU opportunities within your territory

Negotiate

Rights of Entry (ROE)

agreements with property owners, HOAs, and management companies

Present fiber and advanced technology solutions to real estate decision-makers

Structure and negotiate bulk or access agreements

Maintain and manage a strong pipeline from initial contact through closeCollaborate with construction, technical operations, and implementation teams for property onboarding

Drive penetration and revenue growth within secured properties

Accurately document activity in CRM and provide forecasting updates

Represent the company at MDU networking events

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of telecommunications, cable, cellular, or technology sales experience

3+ years negotiating ROE agreements within the MDU space

Proven success exceeding sales targets

Strong understanding of the multifamily housing market

Experience selling to property management groups and HOAs

Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM

Highly motivated, entrepreneurial mindset

Ability to travel within territory (50%+)

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
