We’re looking for a data-driven Retention Marketing Manager to own and scale our CRM channels across email and SMS. This role will drive customer lifecycle strategy, increase LTV, and improve retention through highly personalized, conversion-focused campaigns. Key Responsibilities

Own CRM strategy across email and SMS (lifecycle, campaigns, automations) Build and optimize flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, winback) Segment audiences to drive personalization and improve engagement Manage and execute campaigns aligned to promotions and product launches Analyze performance (revenue, LTV, retention, AOV) and iterate based on insights Partner with creative and growth teams to align messaging across channels Maintain CRM platform (Klaviyo or Emarsys), ensuring best practices and scalability Requirements

3+ years in retention/CRM marketing for a Shopify or DTC brand Hands‑on experience with Klaviyo or Emarsys Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and automation Data‑driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign performance Ability to execute quickly in a fast‑paced, test‑and‑learn environment
