Job Position:

Media Buyer

About the Role The Media Buyer will be responsible for driving inbound lead generation through paid digital channels, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other acquisition platforms. This role focuses on generating high-quality insurance leads that convert into enrolled members by optimizing campaigns, funnels, and user journeys.

This position will partner with the creative team and internal stakeholders to develop and refine high-performing ad campaigns, landing page strategies, and conversion funnels, ensuring alignment with business goals while continuously optimizing performance based on real-time data and testing.

Key Responsibilities Inbound Lead Strategy & Campaigns

Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns to drive inbound insurance leads (calls, form fills, and applications) across Meta Ads, Google Search, Display, and YouTube, while building full-funnel strategies that drive awareness, intent, and conversion.

Support and develop campaigns tied to key initiatives such as referral programs, promotions, and seasonal enrollment periods, contributing to integrated marketing efforts across paid media, email, SMS, and social channels.

Performance Optimization & Audience Strategy

Optimize campaigns for both lead volume and quality, analyzing metrics such as CPL, conversion rate, and close rate, and continuously refining targeting, messaging, and creatives to attract high-intent prospects.

Build and refine audience segments, including lookalike audiences, behavioral targeting, and retargeting pools, leveraging customer data to improve targeting precision and conversion performance.

Collaborate on the development and optimization of landing pages and lead capture funnels, ensuring alignment between ad messaging and user experience while identifying and improving drop-off points.

Analytics, Compliance & Reporting

Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance across all paid channels using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and call tracking platforms, providing actionable insights to improve efficiency and scale results.

Ensure all campaigns adhere to insurance marketing guidelines and compliance standards, maintaining accuracy in messaging related to coverage, benefits, and eligibility, and staying informed on OEP/SEP timelines and carrier requirements.

3+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, or digital advertising.

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and/or TikTok Ads.

Experience generating inbound leads (calls and/or form fills).

Experience optimizing for CPL, CPA, and lead quality metrics.

Analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing and performance optimization.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

Experience in health insurance, Medicare, ACA, or related verticals.

Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Hubspot, MoEngage, Twilio, Customer.io, etc.)

Salary Range $70,000 – $80,000
