This is a full-time, in-person position. This is NOT a remote role.

Pay & Schedule
$17/hour base + performance bonuses
Bonus opportunities tied to appointments and results
Full-time schedule with evenings and rotating weekends
Consistent, predictable scheduling
What You’ll Do
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails
Set and confirm sales appointments for dealership customers
Follow up with leads and missed appointments to re-engage customers
Use scripts and communication techniques to move customers toward appointments
Document all activity in CRM systems accurately
Work across multiple systems and screens while managing conversations
What This Job Is Really Like
You’ll be on the phone most of the day—this is a high-call, fast-paced role
You’ll be texting, emailing, and following up constantly
Some customers won’t answer or will cancel—that’s part of the job
The people who succeed here are consistent, competitive, and don’t get discouraged easily
This role is a proven stepping stone into automotive sales and leadership
Requirements What We’re Looking For
Comfortable on the phone and talking with new people daily
Reliable and shows up when they say they will
Able to handle a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong communication skills (phone, text, email)
Basic computer skills (CRM systems, multitasking across screens)
Positive attitude and coachable mindset
Experience in customer service, call center, or sales is helpful—but not required. We will train the right person.
