Online Luxury Travel Consultant
to support clients in planning and booking high-end travel experiences from start to finish.
In this fully remote role, you will assist travelers with personalized itineraries, destination research, and booking coordination while delivering a seamless and professional experience.
No prior travel industry experience is required.
We provide training, tools, and ongoing support to help you succeed in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with planning and booking flights, hotels, cruises, and luxury travel experiences
Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online platforms to understand preferences and needs
Research destinations, accommodations, and travel options to create tailored recommendations
Coordinate bookings and ensure all travel details are accurate and organized
Provide ongoing support before, during, and after travel as needed
Resolve booking questions and provide solutions quickly and efficiently.
Stay informed on travel trends, destinations, and supplier updates

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
Comfortable using online systems and digital tools
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a job setting
Interested in travel, hospitality, or client experience
